1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bx8bet ("bx8bet", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the bx8bet website located at bx8bet.net, its subdomains, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and financial transaction services.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on bx8bet at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bx8bet will close all associated accounts and may withhold balances pending a full investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

During registration and at all subsequent points of account management, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without the return of any pending balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx8bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bx8bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. 4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.5 Own Funds Policy

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. bx8bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. 5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are credited to the player's account. Bonus funds and associated free spin winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account. bx8bet will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Player Obligations

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

7Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx8bet platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the bx8bet platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any bx8bet content.

8Limitation of Liability

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method once identity verification is confirmed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

10Governing Law & Disputes

Where a clear error in settlement is identified following a player complaint, bx8bet will correct the settlement and adjust the player's balance accordingly.

10.3 Game Malfunction

In all cases, game malfunctions void all pays and play. If a game malfunctions during a round in a manner that affects the fairness of the outcome, bx8bet will void the round and return the stake to the player's wallet. The decision to void a round rests solely with bx8bet and the relevant game provider.

11Amendments to These Terms

bx8bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
